10.0Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb von Neapel, aber dafür bietet das Hotel einen kostenlosen Shuttle ins Zentrum - und auch die Bahn-Anbindung ist sehr gut.

Polite staff, but facilities need room for improvement
7.0The staff were helpful, friendly, and patient. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the sweet breakfast options tasty, and the complimentary shuttle to the city centre was a great bonus.
− The rooftop restaurant offered very small portions for the prices charged. The restrictions on ordering takeaway food, groceries, and basic necessities were also disappointing, as not everyone can afford expensive restaurant meals every day. Additionally, some facilities came at an extra cost, and breakfast could offer a wider selection of hot food, with eggs and sausages often being cold and bland.
