A Wonderful and Cozy Place to Stay!
10.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It has such a warm, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. A special thank you to Lena, who went above and beyond to help us with so many things during our stay. We really appreciated her kindness and assistance! The breakfasts were delicious and felt just like a homemade breakfast, which made our mornings even more enjoyable. We stayed in a suite with two separate rooms, which was very convenient and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the furniture looked new and was in excellent condition. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel to others!
I highly recommend this place for its great hospitality and service.
10.0This is a wonderful hotel located in a very peaceful neighborhood, the tram stop is about a 10-minute walk. The hosts were incredibly attentive to all our requests and always ready to help with any questions. The air conditioning works perfectly, ensuring a highly comfortable stay with neat room cleaning provided every single day. It is very convenient that you can exchange currency into Turkish liras right at the hotel at a good rate, as well as book a reliable airport transfer.
− There were some problems with the light in the bathroom, but it was timely fixed.
