8.0Location good. Easy walk to Metro. Has full kitchen, we did not use but would be great for families. Found DC restaraunts a little pricey.
− Need new matresses, not supportive enough. This was apartment hotel so we stayed a week Knowone even comes to empty trash.

10.0The apartment was fully equipped and had everything we needed.
− Staff was not very informative, some of the female front desk person didnt bother to help when asked questions. She didnt bother to lift her head when asked, she kept staring at the computer screen. People often arrived very late (after 11p.m) and were shouting in holways (someone who was staying very close to our apartment) every night. We could hear everything in our apartment. Staff should be more proactive and inform them about the quiet time policy.
For over $300 a night, we expected a little more high quality experience all around and this wasn’t it.
6.0Location was walking distance of the ball park which is the main reason we were in DC.
− Expensive. Barely any toilet paper in the bathroom and only 2 towels. Had to walk to a separate building to get them. The WiFi connection didn’t work the first day and night we were there and had no access to the tv the entire time. The mattress on the sofa bed was beyond terrible. It was literally like just laying on springs. And upon checking out, we waited almost 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to help us so we could store our bags for the day.

− Bathroom pocket door would not slide, mold on caulking in tub, no mirrors in living room or bedroom, bed was too low, paint needed to be repainted everywhere (scuff marks), base boards dirty.
