8.0The location is very good, there is a small kitchen (and a supermarket near by) and the breakfast is very good (with very good coffee). The staff were very very nice and they came to clean every day. You can also leave your luggage (they leave it in the middle of the aisle unattended, but there is always someone on the reception a meter away).
− There were quite a lot of details missing. Shampoo and gel empty for the 3 nights, only 1 set of some kitchen things (bowl, small plate, knife…). Very small fridge with no freezer part. Bed quite uncomfortable. However, these are small details, the hotel is very recommended.

A modern, exceptionally clean property with outstanding facilities, service and breakfast, offering a bright room with a
9.0The facilities were excellent, modern and exceptionally clean. The room was bright, cleaned every day, with towels changed regularly, and had a lovely view of St. Peter’s dome. We also really enjoyed the beautiful and comfortable shared rooftop terrace, which was easily accessible from the property. All the common areas were modern, spotless and air-conditioned. The 24/7 reception was also extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding, with an extensive buffet offering excellent-quality options, both savoury and sweet. There were eggs, cold cuts, vegetables, cheese and bread, as well as croissants, pralines, jams and biscuits, accompanied by fresh natural juices. Coffee was prepared fresh to order, which was a particularly nice touch.
− The location was not ideal. The property is on the back side of the Vatican, relatively far from public transport, and the surrounding area did not always feel particularly comfortable to walk through. The only significant issue with the room itself was that the glass in the balcony door was cracked, which was concerning from a safety perspective and should definitely be repaired.
