6.0El hotel es lindo y tiene buena ubicación. Está bien decorado.
− Tuve dos inconvenientes: me olvidé un par de zapatillas en la habitación y me cobraron un destination fee que no correspondía. Ante mis reclamos telefónicos no obtuve respuesta. Tuve que ir personalmente a preguntar por mis reclamos y entonces me entregaron mis zapatillas y además me reconocieron que se habían equivocado en la factura y ordenaron el reembolso.
