10.0the location was great, the hotel was a vibe, the staff was wonderful. The drinks at the lobby bar were delicious. One night we came back and our lobby was NY's hottest club, with a line to get into the hotel, how fun!
− Every time I tried to call the front desk for something (towels, TP, etc), no one answered. I had to walk downstairs every time I had a question.
