5.0The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, good quality food. The access to the beach was great, and could get a cabana every day with staff regularly checking to offer drinks. The room was nice and of high quality, clean throughout. Location was great, easy for pickups to excursions. There were three restaurants to choose from during our time there with plenty of variety for the dishes, and they were of acceptable/good quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout with a high quality of service provided across all the restaurants.
− We were not informed that there would be construction going on throughout prior to our arrival. There was drilling occurring one night from 0130 to 0330 in the morning which kept us awake. There was also drilling, angle grinders etc. during the day in the vicinity of the bar and pool. There were some broken machines in the gym. There was an offer of 200$USD vouchers to use in the hotel, but there were significant restrictions on when and how they could be used which resulted in them not being particularly inviting to use. The ATM charged extortionate fees to withdraw cash.

8.0Clean room and space. A lot of food options and food was good. A lot of different pools. Walking distance to some shops and there is a running/ walking path right out front.
− Long line to check in. Waited almost 35 mins. Then had to get back in line again as I arrived early.

10.0Absolutely amazing hotel, we loved everything. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The evening meals were top class, different restaurants each evening. Choice of menus and absolutely delicious, in wonderful surroundings. Buffet breakfast and lunch had so much choice and lots of healthy options. The drinks were delicious and easy to get either from the bar or the attentive waiters. The pools were great, plenty of beds and good quality towels. Our bedroom was gorgeous, on the 23rd floor with a view of the beach and lagoon. The 'wow' lighting was really unique. The evening entertainment was varied and it was actually entertaining! I can't recommend it enough
