− A casa de banho era muito fria e a " banheira" nao escoava água rápido o suficiente entao molhava o chão da casa de banho

3.0It's great value for money and the location is perfect too. Has a little kitchenette and complementary coffee pods (bring your own milk).
− Unfortunately we had a run of bad luck at the unit: the bed was broken; the hot water was broken; shower head broken and water wasn't draining so the smell was intense. They apologized and promised they would get maintenance on it right away. If those things were fixed then it would have been restful and pleasant. The check in process is also very odd with the too short stand for the iPad and the exhausting amount of information they suddenly need. We had to call for assistance because it was not user friendly and we had no idea how to enter or what the process was. Some simple instructions before hand and gathering all our information at the time of booking would improve guest experience tremendously.

6.0Si, pero pagamos el early check in y la APP se demoro en indicar el piso y apartamento ( en teoría a las 12:00 se indicaba automaticamente) Ademas, habias reservado dos apartamentos y no nos permitieron hacer el early check in en el que queríamos
− Uno de los apartamentos no tenía agua caliente. Escribi porque me habia dejado algo en la habitación. Me respondieron que me dirian si lo habian encontrado o no y nunca recibi esa confirmacion.
