Good position but services can be improved considering the price paid
6.0Great position to visit Zurich
− Considering the price of the hotel the services don’t match. Staff at reception was quite unhelpful. The room was prepared for 4 instead of 3 and one bed was very uncomfortable because the mattress was placed in the wrong side. The room are quite dark. The equipment of the kitchen is not ideal (3 very big pots and the dish washer has problems completing the programme)

Una buena opción para alojarse en Zúrich por su ubicación
8.0El apartamento tiene una ubicación fantástica y para el tamaño reducido que tiene para 4 personas está muy bien aprovechado.
− Los colchones eran blandos. En la cama de matrimonio el lado izquierdo te echaba hacia el suelo, no era firme. Al ducharte el baño se empañaba mucho, no hay ventilación.

4.0The price was ok for Zurich, location is ok ( not excellent )
− The service. No one answering, you can't reach to them beside waiting in check in line. We got the room not clean, no soap in the toilet, dishwasher missing ingredients so it's not working. It's like no one prepare the room for us, and when we tried to reach out the reception no one answering for 3 days in the online messages system they provide, so the only way to reach out is to get there and wait in line. And when we tell them that no one can answer, they said they sorry they are busy, busy to answer 3 days.
Central location a few mins to the railway, clean and comfortable
