Dirty and unsafe
1.0The location was ok although on a very noisy road.
− Dirty apartment, no wifi, no soap, no detergent, no shower curtain, no toilet seat cover, blocked sink, faulty electrics, sticky floors, stained net curtain, bedding smelt, No one onsite to help, the property was not big enough for a family if 4 even though they accepted a booking for a family of 4. They took a while to respond to my complaint and needed to be chased. Booking.com also we're not very helpful when complaining. One person I spoke to hung up on me. Booking.com basically don't care if you have been lied to when choosing somewhere to stay or care if you are staying in unsafe accommodation or not.
