1.0Very comfortable bed, and room was very nice.
− The thing that ruined our stay was while we were checking out, the manager tried to hang an additional $12 parking charge to the couple in front of us, then she tried to do the same thing to us. Neither the couple in front of us parked in their garage, nor did we. When we booked our room, we were given the cost of of our stay. It plainly read, "All charges and fees included. Even if we could have parked in their garage, we shouldn't have had to pay extra for it. When we checked in the night of our stay, nothing was said about where we could park, and nothing was said about the the $12 charge if we had parked there.

8.0The property was clean, the staff was friendly, the hotel was beautiful.
− The pet fee was $75 which is steep. Most places only charge $15 - $25. The woman at the front desk asked me if I needed a parking pass but never mentioned it would cost an additional $12. Our $111 booking ended up costing us over $210 with all the fees that weren’t mentioned in the booking.
