− Μας έδωσαν άλλο δωμάτιο από αυτό που κλείσαμε. Το δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν αντί 24 μ ήταν 18μ με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να κινηθούμε επειδή έχουμε πολλές αποσκευές. Την πρώτη ημέρα δεν μας καθάρισαν το δωμάτιο και στο Wc δεν μας άλλαξαν πετσέτες και δεν άφησαν χαρτί υγείας. Μόνοι μας πήραμε πετσέτες και χαρτί και αφήσαμε τις πετσέτες και τα χαρτιά Wc έξω από το δωμάτιο μας.

− El trato de los recepcionistas. En general muy mal, pero en particular cuando el domingo les preguntamos por el servicio de restaurante por la noche, la contestación fué una burla en nuestra cara, y lo peor el hecho de no querer indicarnos por cortesía donde se podría cenar cerca del hotel. Unos desconsiderados por completo, además del desdén y condescendencia a la que fuimos sometidos.
