7.0Location, food, and staff all amazing. Located RIGHT at the base of Lago di Sorapis hike, perfect. the view from the balcony was beautiful.
− The bed was har, the pillow was flat, and there was NO AIR CONDITIONING. despite the staff saying to just open the window and door, yeah that worked slightly, but the no AC was BRUTAL.

Overall solid stay and recommended. Staff seems to be trained nicely. They are competent and kind even with dealing with

− Parking lot is full during the day with people that are not hotel guests. It’s random people who park and go on hikes. Parking was difficult to find at times as a guest.
