9.0The hotel is in a great location. The only downside is that, even though I requested a quiet room, I could still hear noise from outside. I'm not sure whether it's due to poor soundproofing or simply the typical noise of Manhattan. Overall, I had a very good experience. Great staff, great location, and a pleasant stay.
