7.0The hotel is located at the end of a line on of the excellent Copenhagen metro which runs on driverless trains 24/7 almost every 5 minutes. A quick change of line from the airport and it was far better value than the very expensive airport taxi options. It is a little away from the centre but you can be there in 10 minutes using this option. The reception and breakfast staff are courteous and profesional as you would expect from this type of hotel. The breakfast is very good with a wide array of choices though the room can get rather crowded at certain times, especially if it is catering for coach parties.
− I made my original booking several months ago reserving with a credit card. In the interim period my bank changed from Mastercard to Visa. Unbeknownst to me until it was too late Booking.Com cancelled my original reservation as it was unable to take the payment the day before arrival. Iwas able to rebook but at an additional cost of £120 to me. The hotel was unwilling to make any consession stating that the booking was made through a third party so it claimed their hands were tied! The room itself is average in size and facility. For stays longer than a day it is cleaned by exception on request. Not a major problem for me but this may not be to everyone's taste.

Am Stadtrad - gut mit ÖV erschlossen, ich würde es wieder buchen
9.0Grosses und vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet. Obwohl das Hotel etwas vom Zentrum entfernt liegt, kann man den ÖV gut nutzen. Mit der City-Card ist das Boots-Taxi inbegriffen. Metro-Station auch sehr nahe.
