9.0Very close to tower hill station and staff is very helpful, bringing us drinking water to the room was so helpful during the heatwave
− The 2nd floor room we had faced Tower Hill Gateway and didn’t have any sheer curtains so if you had your curtains open people from the station can see in. Sheet curtains would make such a great difference ! Staff were great to change my room for me.
