− Very expensive for what it is, people smoking on the only terrace on the STK restaurant. Send them down stairs to street.

10.0Location for the station, shopping & Take That concert was ideal.
− I booked 2 rooms but we were in different floors which, because of the key system in place, you had to go down to reception & ask staff to tap the lift to take you to the other room. Also, my daughter’s room was eight opposite the lift & I had specifically booked separate rooms so she could have a well deserved rest. The staff were amazing & found her another, extremely quiet room which was perfect.
