9.0We were very pleased with our comfortable and spacious room with contemporary design and thought through lighting and amenities. Sometimes Booking.com pictures do not live up to the expectations and you end up in a worn out room. Home 2 Suites exceeded the expectations! Our special request was met. We appreciated varied breakfast options, including waffle maker that was a hit with kids. Convenient location, taking just about 25 minutes to the center of Boston with public transport. Jevon has been particularly kind and responsive to our needs, much appreciated!
− If I had to think of opportunities for improvement, I would stay breakfast room could really be more spacious! It was really crowded on the days we have stayed, and having a place to sit for a family of 4 was not to be taken for granted! Our room was not made up/towels not changed, but that was clearly stated as hotel policy, so no complains there.
