− L'appartamento era sporco e poco fornito di attrezzatura cucina. Lenzuola sporche frigo rotto. Le scale sporche e i corridoi vicino alle porte di entrata senza illuminazione.

1.0− Hallo, wir bitten Sie hiermit um eine Rückerstattung des von uns gezahlten Übernachtungspreises. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir Sie über die erheblichen Mängel informiert und um schnelle Hilfe gebeten. Leider wurde uns nicht geholfen und die Mängel bestanden während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts fort. Besonders schwerwiegend war, dass aus der Dusche überhaupt kein Wasser kam, sodass Duschen nicht möglich war. Darüber hinaus wurden die Mülleimer vom vorherigen Gast nicht geleert, der Kühlschrank war stark vereist, im Badezimmer befand sich Schimmel, die Fenster ließen sich nicht richtig schließen und die Unterkunft machte insgesamt einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Wir sind nach unserer regulär gebuchten Übernachtung wie geplant abgereist. Die genannten Mängel können wir jedoch angesichts des von uns gezahlten Preises nicht akzeptieren. Wir bitten Sie daher um eine angemessene Rückerstattung des Übernachtungspreises und um eine zeitnahe Rückmeldung. Vielen Dank.
