9.0The staff is really charming, Professional and helpful when needed. Every time I am in Budapest I prefer this hotel, I always manage to get the same room according to my advance request. The breakfast is excellent, highly recommended, this is the place to thank all the staff of the hotel. They provide the best services. I plan to visit again next month. Thank you very much and see you later. Ps, I would be happy if there was a point accumulation system like in other hotels. Thank you very much. Vladislav Lebovich

10.0La pulizia delle camera,la colazione a buffet, abbondante e con gran scelta di prodotti, alcuni, la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff alla reception che mi ha prenotato una mini crociera sul Danubio il giorno della festa nazionale del paese.
− Alcuni frutti, a colazione, non erano ben maturi, ma duri e ghiacciati.
Would not hesitate to return. Great access to metro shops and restaurants but very quiet.
