10.0great location, the hotel is at the very center of DC. we had a fab view from the 12th floor., comfy bed, spacious shower, and clean room.
Great location and a nice atmosphere, but the excessive noise from the rooftop really affected the comfort of our stay.
8.0I really liked the location, the rooms, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything was very pleasant and comfortable.
− The main downside was the noise from the rooftop, which was right above us. The music was very loud every day, and the sound echoed into the room quite a bit, especially at night.

− Our power went out so I booked a hotel close to work. The power ended up being restored earlier than expected, so I canceled the reservation. Only to find two charges on my credit card. The full charge and an additional $100.00 charge. When I called the property to get it fixed, I was told to reach out to Booking because they didn't notify the hotel of the cancelation. I was rushed off of the phone very rudely.
