10.0Una limpieza exquisita. Todos los días vinieron a limpiar la habitación. Te ponen agua y cafe para que puedas hidratarte y comenzar el día con fuerza.

4.0Idéalement situé en bordure d'une zone piétonne, avec de nombreux restaurants et bars à proximité, tout en offrant une chambre calme.
− Aucun contact direct avec le personnel. Nous avons reçu un message WhatsApp nous demandant d’envoyer une photo de notre pièce d’identité afin d’obtenir le code d’un coffre permettant de récupérer la clé de la chambre. À notre arrivée, nous avons sonné à plusieurs reprises à l’interphone de la porte principale et tenté de joindre les numéros indiqués sur le site, sans obtenir de réponse. Après 15 à 20 minutes d’attente, la porte a finalement été déverrouillée, sans aucune explication ni échange. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec jacuzzi, mais au vu de son état, nous ne l’avons pas utilisé.

− La salle de bain et l entrée Beaucoup de tartre la douche cascade au plafond ne passe pas ça demande plus d entretien et de nettoyage
Super location close to everything - perfect for a stay in Palermo.
8.0Reallly good location, close to everything needed, everything walkable. Host was super-communicative and very responsive. Big room, jacuzzi on the balcony was nice but jets not especially powerful. Nearby square with Antica Focacceria San Francesco restaurant was amazing - we ate there twice. Room cleaned regularly, with lots of extra towels.
