10.0I had such a wonderful experience at Nobu! I needed a room last minute, and the team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made the entire process so easy and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I especially appreciated how welcoming they were to my dog Zeke. Traveling with a pet can sometimes be stressful, but Nobu made us feel completely comfortable and welcomed. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. I’m so grateful they were able to accommodate us on such short notice. The hospitality was exceptional, and I would absolutely stay at Nobu again. Highly recommend!

10.0Everything was 10/10 incredible. From start to finish, Michelle was incredible at making me feel welcome and ease any travel snags that inevitably pop up when traveling to a location (rather than a staycation). Their team was kind, warm, friendly and weren't overly hovering. The location, property, layout, design, and the overall ambience can NOT be beat. It's the place to stay in Chicago. You get the best of all worlds- incredible cuisine in the most fun/chic neighborhood paired with sexy, relaxating japanese minmalist design that is absolutely outstanding. Ignore the other West Loop choices, because this is the one.
