Très bon emplacement près de downtown, appartement spacieux
8.0Excellent emplacement tout près de downtown. Nouveau quartier de condos très animé avec nombreux restaurants et commodités à proximité. Plusieurs bus passent à côté. La station de métro n’est pas trop loin. L’appartement est assez spacieux et bien équipé. Parfait pour un séjour prolongé.

7.0L'appartement etait parfait absolument parfait.
− Les indications d'arrivées NULLES! L'immeuble de l'appartement est un autre hotel. J'ai tourné devant pendant longtmps avant de rentrer dans l'hotel qui a une énorme enseigne lumineuse "Hotel Griffintown". Comment aurais je pu me douter qu'il s'agissait du même lieu? Ensuite l'hotel me demande de renseigner une pre-registration où je dois mettre une copie de ma carte d'identité y compris à envoyer par Whatsapp !! HELL NO! comment sais je que mes documents sont en sécurité? La communication avec leur service client nulle! L'application d'ouverture de porte nulle! C'est tellement dommage car les appartements sont PARFAITS!!!!, La localisation est parfaite. J'y retournerais volontiers, mais pas pitié vous devez améliorer tout ça.

5.0Check-in process is ridiculously. Had to wait outside in cold for more than a hour to download the an app and then digital key which doesn’t work.
− Not just us — other guests told us they also waited over an hour outside in the cold trying to download the digital key, and it still didn't work. The check-in process is a disaster. If this doesn't change, I doubt anyone will come back.
