10.0The location right on the beach with the sunbeds. The whole location is in the form of a village with rooms of long houses, like adjoined bungalows divided. The price was inviting and the fact that the reception desk was open late at night.
− The address given doesn't lead to the facility but a bit beyond. And it looked a bit different from what I assumed after seeing the photos. The beach was limited on both sides and the sight of Etna was behind a wall of the neighbouring beach.

− Everything else. Looked nothing like the photos. Like was it taken from 20 years ago? Cos it’s so run down and filthy. We checked in left in a couple Of hours it was just too much and this place is NOTHING like the photos on booking.com it should be illegal doing this to travellers. Infestation of ants by the door of our “bungalow” which looked like nobody used it for years. It was STINKY walking in and sheets had what looked like blood drips, walls had dirty finger smears, doors don’t even lock properly, SWIMMING POOL WAS CLOSED. Picked the hotel specifically it had pool and beach front SUPPOSEDLY. Again beach was nothing like featured, filled with cigarette butts all over sand, day beds don’t even look like the day beds, pool was GREEN and looked like haven’t been used and closed for MONTHS. The only place to eat was their “bar” they also called “restaurant” which forces you to SIT DOWN AND EAT so they can charge us a cover fee of who knows how much euros PER PERSON it DOESNT SAY DOESNT MATTER YOURE STUCK AND FORCED or they won’t make you food for takeaway, SKETCHY food, it’s was so dirty there were FLIES inside the food case. There was no way I felt safe letting my wife and two kids stay there the night. It was that bad! It was 100000% BAIT AND SWITCH. Shower curtain was even some make shift plastic when the photos clearly show otherwise. Their WINDOWS DONT EVENFULLY CLOSE INSIDE THE UNIT???
