War vor 10-15 Jahren sicher mal ein sehr schönes Hotel.
3.0Die Lage
− Sauberkeit ist ein riesiges Problem für ein 5*-Hotel. Sowohl Reinigung als auch Zustand der Zimmer und der Polster im Frühstücksraum ist mangelhaft. Service im Frühstücksraum auch nicht dem Niveau entsprechend. Außerdem hört man die Nachbarn durch die Klimaanlage sich normal unterhalten.

Please note that the property consists of 2 hotels across the road from one another. Breakfast is served in the Hotel Topazz.
Please also note that the reception is located in the Topazz building. Check-in takes place there.
The address of the Topazz building is Lichtensteg 3 and the address of the Lamee building is Lichtensteg 2.
