Really good hotel for anyone visiting Berlin
8.0We had an issue with one of the rooms and we were quickly upgraded. The rooms were spcious and clean, with the upgraded room being very pleasant.
− It doesn't have anyone on site to resolve things. Although the issue was sorted quickly via email and phone, it would have been slightly less stressful if someone was there to talk to.
Really easy check-in and -out process with great amenities, great location, central but still quiet,
8.0I really liked the availability of lockers on the day of arrival and departure - they were easy to use. It was great to have the work space where I knew I could sit, work and charge my phone for a while before and after having the room. I didn't use the roof terrace but I thought that was a great bonus. Great to have laundry facilities in a hotel, too. I really liked the system of getting extra towels and drinks from the lobby on a help yourself basis. The kitchen area was very handy. It was great to have the toilet separate from the shower.
− I had forgotten that the gym wasn't on site. When I saw that it was 20 minutes away, I didn't use it. I particularly picked this hotel because of the gym, so I was disappointed with this aspect.
