Incredible, high standard and absolutely worth the money
10.0A vert pleasant stay, Great location 3-4 min walk from the center and yet quiet and calm. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helped with every question i had including some great restaurants recommendation, my favorite restaurant was in Salzburg by their recommendation. Rooms are clean and with a very nice atmosphere with all necessary facilities. Breakfast was very good as well a nice selection everything is tasty and fresh. Overall the hotel was amazing an easy recommendation and will gladly stay here again the next time I'm in Salzburg
− The check in time at 15:00 is a bit late but you can leave your bags at the reception so this is really a nitpick
A good experience but not perfect
9.0Excellent location, friendly staff and great breakfast
− We stayed in a double suite on the top floor and not all the windows had blinds/curtains to keep the light out in the morning. Also the bedrooms are separated by a wall but only one light switch for all light fixtures so when one person wants to sleep they either have to do it with the lights on, or every one else has to stay up in the dark
Really great stay in a wonderful city

Please note that road access to the hotel is through the Bergstrasse. Entry is restricted by bollards.
Please drive to the stop line and call the number provided on your booking confirmation. Hotel staff will inform you about the entrance code. Enter this code in the terminal, pass the bollard, and turn into the first street on the right (Linzergasse) to the Reitsamerplatz square, then turn right. The hotel is located on your left-hand side.
