− Quarto sem manutenção, não havia restaurante e nem serviço de quarto

1.0− Desde o atendimento na recepção até a limpeza dos quartos. Não fazem questão de resolver problemas e quando procuramos atendimento pós cancelamento da reserva, não respondem e não dão retorno. Não indico nunca!
