9.0Hier bietet das Hotel umfangreiches, leckeres Frühstück an. Das freundlichste Personal, das ich je kennengelernte. Der Raum zur Gepäckaufbewahrung wird durch nur durch das Personal betreten und das ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Das gesamte Ambiente der Räumlichkeiten ist richtig schön. Die Zimmergröße ist absolut in Ordnung, aber bitte in jedem Zimmer einen Kofferhocker hinstellen.
− Ich hatte zwei Zimmer gebucht. Am meisten störte uns, dass in beiden Zimmern ein Kühlschrank fehlt. Und die Klimaanlage hängt parallel zum Bett hin, sodass wir diese, um nicht krank zu werden, nicht nutzen konnten.

Valuable items were stolen with total ignorance from hotel management
2.0During my stay at Hôtel Paradis Paris in June 2026, several valuable personal items went missing from my luggage (bag, jewelry and cash) while I was away from the room. I immediately reported the incident, filed a police report, and provided evidence to support my concerns. What disappointed me most was not only the loss itself, but the way the situation was handled. Despite the evidence provided, the hotel never addressed my key questions, showed little empathy, and ultimately denied any responsibility through an external law firm. While I understand the outcome of their investigation, the lack of transparency, accountability, and guest care left me extremely disappointed. Combined with the small, dated rooms and overall experience, I do not feel this hotel offers the level of service or trust that guests should expect. I would not choose to stay here again nor recommend it.
