4.0room was nice size. the guy diredtikng traffic at the entrance was helpful
− Swimming pool was not actually on the main rooftop but on the roof of an annex, changhe your advert. Also we didn't bpother going to the pool as it was packed with some disco djh party and the noise up in our room from it was shocking. The car park was very confusing to find ones way around. the elevators were dirty. there was no control of the queue at check in and people just forged their own way in ahead of others.
Lovely check-in staff member. Excellent location to see Chicago.

− Facility public areas were not well cared for; dirty carpets, stains on chairs.
If I'm paying close to $1k for two nights. I'd expect amenities to work.
5.0Room was okay. Didn't meet my high floor request.
− Requested high floor. Got the lower floors. Amenities weren't working (hot tub).
