− Alcuni problemi con le stanze, la prima, subito cambiata, aveva un problema di scarico acqua per cui molto rumorosa, la seconda sempre problemi di scarico e odore forte nel lavandino, dovevamo far scorrere acqua calda per eliminarlo

9.0The staff were exceptionally welcoming, the beds and linen were very comfortable, the facilities were great except the pool was very small and overlooked by people in the bar and dining area. Location was great for exploring Bordeaux.

− Chambre pas au niveau d'un 5*: porte d'accès à la terrasse ne ferme pas, un des volets ne ferme pas, lavabo bouché durant les 3 jours, vaisselle faite dans le lavabo, terrasse pas entretenue, hygiène du jaccuzi???? Préciser que la piscine est à la vue des gens installés à la terrasse du bar.... Certes ce sont peut être des "details" mais ce sont les details qui font un 5*...
