Good hotel but as 4 star hotel only.
7.0Location is good if you take Bosphore view unit with Balcony. One lady at reception called Dalia she was so kind with my kids. Breakfast is just ok with fair service. Lounge club is open for all gusts and no difference between people who paid for it or not.
− Cleanliness is under expectation for 5 star hotel. My original request for connecting rooms was not accommodated due to unavailability at checkin but later found it is not possible technically unless I pay extra charge because units on same floor is different category. Hotel management could not help and even booking.com support center did not bother to check my request! If you have kids and you need connecting rooms I would not recommend this hotel unless you book same category rooms.
