The location, walkable to see the town.

− (1) When entering the lobby, the smell makes you feel immediately like in a medical clinic. (2) We arrived at around 15:50pm and were told the room was not ready for cleaning, and we waited till ca 16:20pm to get the room (check-in is from 16pm). (3) The room is super small and tight with strange layout; if you have the kitchen door open, then you cannot access bathroom and WC (yes - bathroom and WC each has a separate door as well; so you need to handle three doors to get in/out for Kitchen/Bathroom/WC. ) We as two people have 1 large suitcase and 1 middle one, there was not enough place for both suitcases. The bed is wedged between the window wall and a side wall, so you have to turn sideways or move very carefully to reach the bedside—and I have a fit and medium size. (4) Kitchen was not well cleaned, dirty glasses (see photo) and oil stains in stove. There are 2 wine glasses of different sizes. We had to clean the kitchenwares again by ourselves, as the cleaning quality by the staff is definitely not on a sufficient standard. (5) We asked about car parking the day before arrival, received an email saying no reservation and subject to availability. But upon arrival, we were told no car parking available for us, because they are reserved for long-stay guests. (6) We had a meal plan change, and the staff at reception said we have to ask Booking.com to make change; and booking.com says hotel is managing meal plan directly. I travel a lot and use Booking.com for already 20 years, I know well that the hotel can confirm the change; I have the impression that they just play ping pong with the issue and use the trick of ‘contacting Booking.com‘. Since we check-out until now, nobody has responded to this issue yet.

Hotel comodissimo al centro con parcheggio interno convenzionato

Camera con piccola cucina e frigo. Comodissimo al centro città raggiungibile a piedi. Convenzione con un parcheggio che ha direttamente l'ascensore che arriva al piano della camera.

− Pulizia della camera da rivedere. Un solo ascensore nella struttura quasi sempre occupato dal personale di servizio.

Emplacement par rapport au centre ville

− Lit inconfortable. Salle de bain pas très propre. Énormément de poussière sur la tuyauterie dans le wc. J'avais envoyé un mail souhaitant une place de parking, il m'a été confirmé, et à l'arrivée, aucune place disponible, donc j'ai du aller dans un parking public et forcément j'ai dû payer. Tôt le matin, énormément de bruit, claquement des portes...
