Great location and excellent service
10.0We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, with a Tube station just a short walk away and easy access to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good, with a rich and varied selection. Overall, a great hotel and we would happily stay here again.

10.0The hotel location is excellent just nest to Tower Hills stn. Room is of good size and clean. My breakfast experience was excellent. Very impressed with the friendly service of staff in the City Cafe in particular the warm and helpful service of F&B assistant, Noah. Great work 👍

10.0I had a great experience at this hotel, the front office staff were very pleasant and customer service was amazing. It’s always nice to feel welcome when you stay at a hotel and these guys made us feel very welcome.

− De hele staat van het hotel die is echt niet okay veel achterstallig onderhoud. Ontbijt echt ondermaats niet vers vieze koffie. We hebben upgrade naar executive gedaan +160 pond voor 2 nachtjes. Hoe was n normaal ontbijt dan??? Voor ons dit hotel zeker niet meer
