9.0Açık büfe kahvaltı vardı. Benim için gayet idealdi. Yataklar ve ortam bir hostel için uygundu. En çok korktuğum böcekler. Böcek yoktu. Odalar temiz ve ferahtı. Benim yaşım 60 üzeri olduğu için otel temizliği benim için daha dikkat edilmesi gereken bir durum. Havlu hostel tarafından verildi. Bagaj için yanınıza anahtar alın. Yatak için numara yok istediğiniz boş yatağa geçebiliyorsunuz.

OK price given its a hostel, but some off-putting things about this stay that require improvement
5.0The room was clean, location was good. Rooftop was a nice place to relax. Common areas from hostels generally are helpful along with 24 hour front desk.
− Room itself - nearly 0 lighting and nowhere to put anything. Bare minimum of hangers and no good elevated furniture for opening bags. The lighting in the room was nearly non-existent to the point that we packed the day before to leverage the light from the window. For the common areas, that was ok, although the cleaning seemed sort of half ass and could use some renovations new carpets, working elevators, etc. Check in process was unnecessarily confusing. I think if there were giant signs that explain you HAVE to take a ticket first to check in, plus that Uber does not exist in Florence. These are basic, easy improvements that would save guests from asking the front desk and then getting eye rolls / attitude from staff for not being aware. We don't know what we don't know! And traveling is tiring.
