10.0J'ai apprécié particulièrement l'ambiance générale, la gentillesse du personnel. Mention spéciale à Alex qui qui veille sur nous avec la plus grande prévenance la nuit à l'accueil, pour ces précieux renseignements et conseils (10/10) et à Larbi qui accueille les clients le jour avec une extrême bienveillance (10/10). Également à Héléna, la gouvernante générale qui nous traite comme des invités et est aux petits soins. (10/10) Merci d'avoir fait de mon séjour un moment chaleureux.

5.0The hotel is very well located, close to some of the main sights, including the Cathédrale Major, the Old Charity, and the Old Port. The staff were generally friendly. Giod breakfast buffet with a friendly server.
− There is a number of things that we didn't like. The hotel feels very small and almost claustrophobic. Small room even if we reportedly got an "upgrade." The pool is the smallest we've ever seen and anything more than 2 people makes it crowded, and there is mold on the walls. The hamam was not working. The check-in took almost half an hour as there was only one person servicing a dozen guests. We also waited for 15 minutes for an elevator. Housekeeping entered our room even if there was a "Don't disturb" sign at the door...
