− La habitación muy vieja y deteriorada,pero limpia,el colchón bien comodo
Decepción de hotel.
3.0La ubicación.
− El servicio de un supuesto hotel 4 estrellas. Las instalaciones sin mantenimiento, se nota claramente un abandono casi total, iniciemos en la entrada, roturas en el mobiliario, ascensor n°2 clausurado, al n°1 no le funciona 2 pisos y vibra todo. Ya en la habitación se observa, placar todo descuadrado, la puerta del baño no cierra, no hay enchufes en la cama, hay que dejar cargando en el piso o en la otra sala en el piso tambien. La ducha es un desastre y el último dia no hubo agua caliente (día 17/08/2026). Se muestra en la promoción piscina, pues no estaba habilitada. Hay un dispenser para agua en el lobby, pero el mismo no llega a 70°, por lo tanto solo podías pedir agua para el mate en el horario del desayuno que luego te cargaban el costo de $2.000 a la habitación. En el baño no hay vasos para aseo de dientes. No hay frigobar. Hay una caja fuerte que no funciona. Tv de 23 pulgadas. Colchón muy malo, pero muy malo y la cama hace muchisimo ruido. Les voy a compartir algunas fotos. Personal del desayuno y lobby, muy atentos, ahi si, todo bien con ellos. Pero el hotel en si, no da ni para 1 estrella. Espero sepan apreciar una crítica constructiva. Saludos

− El servicio no es 4 estrellas, instalaciones deterioradas, desayuno escaso, colchón muy malo, te cobran el agua caliente, ofrecen frigobar y no funciona.

− Carisma, no lo vale ,no teníamos shammpoo, creo.a enjuague , jabón, el agua de la ducha muchas veces no salia caliente. Realmente parecía habitaciones de 1 estrella
