6.0Design en locatie. Feit dat uiteindelijk voor het ongemak een aardig briefje en cadeautje met excuses werd aangeboden.
− In rekening brengen van ontbijt dat we vooraf voor een nacht hadden betaald en nu voor twee en voor het volle tarief. Er waren geen badjassen en in plaats van excuus of oplossing werd hier niets over gezegd. Het bestellen van extra pods lukte niet ook al zei de app dat ze eraan kwamen.

− Die permanente Beschallung durch immer gleiche Musik! In der Lobby, im Flur, im Aufzug,..... Duft in der Lobby Die krelle Plastikeinrichtung, schreckliche "Blumen" Und ständig Werbung auf dem Bildschirm in der Bar, echt niedriges Niveau! Ein schönes Haus in guter Lage so zu pesentieren, geht gar nicht. Musikhotel hin oder her..... Habe nur wegen stattfindenden Kongress dort gebucht, nächstes Mal übernachte ich sonstwo

− Ständig laufende Musik in auf die Dauer störender Lautstärke. Ein Werbevideo im Bereich der Bar in Endlosschleife mit hippen Darstellern. „Bernd das Brot“ in der nächtlichen Endlosschleife wäre nicht so aufdringlich gewesen..

− Huone oli epäkäytännöllinen. Oleellisia kalusteita kuten yöpöydät tai naulakot ulkovaatteille ei ollut, mutta turhaa krääsää, kuten lankapuhelimia, oli kaksikin kappaletta. Hotelli-info TV:ssä ei toiminut, eikä sitä ollut myöskään missään kansiossa, tms. Etukäteen sähköpostilla tarjottua aamiasidiiliä ei ollutkaan saatavilla majoituksen aikana.
