Beautiful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality
10.0Our stay at Hotel Metropole Taormina was truly memorable. The hotel enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of Taormina, with breathtaking views and beautifully appointed rooms that create a refined and comfortable atmosphere. A very special thank you to the front desk team, especially Amelia and the supervisor, Marie, whose patience, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness made a wonderful impression. They were consistently courteous and accommodating, responding to my requests with kindness and care and making me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. Their exceptional service added a personal touch to the experience, and I am very grateful for their hospitality. Overall, a beautiful hotel in an extraordinary setting, made even more special by its wonderful team. I would be delighted to return.
− The breakfast was enjoyable, although I would have appreciated a greater variety and a broader selection, particularly for a hotel of this standard.
Amazing location,comfortable room, service so-so
8.0Location could not be better 10/10
− Room was great Poolside - pool outlook is amazing- is very small. Pool cocktails and food are great (slow as one guy doing everything and you need to seek it out/go order). That Only real negative was on service- reception staff really did not seem too bothered with my requests and overheard multiple full on arguments with other guests in foyer The location is exceptional for shops/restaurants
