7.0The place was well located, staff friendly, attached cafe was nice, water and nespresso nice touches. I actually really liked the clever signs that were put up around the property, it gave the place edge.

7.0Cute styling, on-site parking was very convenient. Nice coffee shop adjoined. Beautiful atrium and plants. Beds and bedding were comfy. Enjoyed nespresso machine and fridge.
− Love love love the aspiration to refresh a vintage property, but it remains tired. The bathroom was small and not particularly clean-looking by virtue of its age - small sink, old tub, cheap toilet paper. The air conditioner unit was very loud.

Clean and tidy budget hotel in Vancouver
6.0Proximity to restaurants and cruise port. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed with good pillows. Staff are great. Great little cafe for breakfast downstairs.
− Right across the road from a hospital. A lot of sirens literally all day and night. Extremely noisy. Air conditioner is a portable unit that is extremely noisy. If you are a light sleeper this isn’t the place for you. Bathroom sink is so small you can’t wash your face properly in it. The rooms are quite dated. However with the cost of accommodation being so high in Vancouver it would be expected that it won’t be better quality.
