Plutôt déçu
5.0Hôtel confortable. Bien pour une escale d’une nuit. Personnel de la réception agréable et accueillant. Petit déjeuner lambda pour un ibis.
− Rien contre le personnel qui était super, malheureusement lors de notre arrivée la réceptionniste n’était pas présente pour ouvrir les portes. Nous avons dû patienter 10/15 minutes à la rue. Ce n’est pas de sa faute, nous avons constaté qu’elle était seule sous staffé et était demandé à l’étage. Heureusement que nous avions la voiture pour attendre à l’intérieur. Second point négatif, la chambre était propre SAUF dans les WC. Nous avons eu la surprise de voir de l’urine. Pour un ibis Style je suis déçue, j’ai déjà pris des ibis classique pour faire une escale lors de long trajet en voiture et aucun problème rencontré. Dommage
