6.0Bien centré et joli appartement. Potentiel énorme si un plus grand soin des détails avait été apporté.
− La clim ingérable et un froid de canard en permanence dans l'appart. Le frigo réglé sur 5 qui a littéralement congelé tous mes aliments ! Les carreaux de faïence de la douche qui se désolidarisent du sol. Le réceptionniste qui ne laisse pas rentrer mes amis qui viennent juste chercher un truc alors qu'ils ont dit mon numéro de chambre et mon nom. Le lavabo des toilettes qui fuit, et le fait de ne pas avoir de brosse aux toilettes. Aucun déjeuner disponible aucun jour car "les gens ont tout pris avant vous, mais il reste du café"... Ça vaut bien la peine de dire que c'est compris dans le prix !

− We were in a basement apartment with no natural light. We had no working of this. There was aloud air con fan that could not be switched off and was noisy throughout the night.

10.0The apartment was clean and spacious, and everything was practical and comfortable. I loved being able to use a kitchen to cook dinner, and the heated floors in the bathroom were great! The mattress was comfortable, too, and I had a great night's sleep. It's conveniently located in the heart of Manchester and everything you could need (shops, restaurants, attraction, transport) is within reach. Rajaa at reception was friendly and really helpful.
− I had to ask to turn the air conditioning off/put the heating on because there were no instructions (and it wasn't an instinctive process), and the little thing to use it was in a darker corner of the room. Instructions would be helpful.

7.0The free refreshments were welcomed. The room facilities were excellent with lots of items for use. The large shower was very nice.
− The room lighting was too dark for doing makeup, even the bathroom was dark.
