High end hotel good in everything but not having cooling A/C
8.0Nice designed room and having pool and gym. The staff and breakfast are both excellent. Also close to old town but not inside to avoid the crowd and noise.
− Must be no cooling A/C even so expensive. Even open window and turn on fan, the temperature inside room is 26 - 27 degree, certainly not comfortable in August. Last, the lobby is a bit small, not up to my expectations.

10.0スタッフの方々がとても親切で、英語もとても分かりやすく話してくださいました。部屋もとてもきれいで窓からの山々の景色は最高です。朝早くからトリチーメに出発予定がありましたが、朝食の代わりにボックスブレックファーストを用意していただきました。翌日の朝食も美味しくいただきました。

Excellent stay at the Grand Hotel Savoia
10.0The hotel is fantastic — it looks like it was recently renovated, so everything was in good condition. The spa has 4 different saunas, the breakfast offers a wide range of options, and the staff is very well trained. The only negative feedback goes to the gym, which, for a 5-star hotel, should have more strength-training equipment and at least more free weights (the heaviest weight was 22kg).
− As I mentioned before, the only things that disappointed me were the gym and, on top of that, a massage I had that didn't meet my expectations.
