5.0La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel.
− Il faisait chaud et le couloir ne peut pas être rafraîchit la nuit car il n' y a pas de courant d air. Un ventilateur qui était rempli de poussière est le seul moyen fourni pour rafraîchir la chambre. Et il y a trop de meubles pour un petit studio
Malgré ma réclamation auprès de la réception au petit matin, aucune réaction ni solution ne nous a été proposée.

− Nous sommes arrivés très tard après un long trajet et, juste avant de dormir, nous avons découvert un gros cafard dans le salon près de la kitchenette ; mes enfants et moi avons été tellement terrifiés que nous n’avons pratiquement pas dormi.

4.0− Nezabezpečené parkování, v místnostech cca. 40 stupňů, bez klimatizace, na vedlejším propojeném terasovitěm balkoně feťáci, žádná recepce, kontaktovali jsme recepci alespoň telefonicky, byla v jiném městě, vůbec neznala místní prostředí, proč se nezavírají dveře do garáže nedokázala zodpovědět natož vyřešit.
