Un esprit palermitain dans ce joli établissement et un accueil fort agréable.
9.0L’emplacement dans les vieux quartiers de Palerme. Tout se fait à pied. La propreté de l’établissement, la superficie des chambres, l’accueil très agréable d’Emmanuela, bref beaucoup de points positifs qui me feraient revenir absolument.
− Pas grand-chose si ce n’est qu’un petit ascenseur aurait été apprécié pour les bagages mais c’est un détail pour moi. Étant en Sicile, j’aurai apprécié un jus d’orange pressé plutôt qu’un jus en brique. Un hôtel de ce niveau devrait éviter des jus de fruits le matin issus d’un procédé industriel. Il y en a déjà tellement dans les supermarchés.
Hôtel agréable bien situé en plein cœur de Palerme
8.0L’emplacement de l’hôtel, la chambre spacieuse, le personnel est charmant, à l’écoute et disponible. L’hôtel est très agréable. La literie est très bonne !
− Quelques nuisances sonores car la chambre est peut être mal isolée. La climatisation dégageait une odeur pas agréable. Le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré mais reste tout à fait correct

7.0The apartment was in a great location. The breakfast was nice. The room was a good size and nicely decorated. The room had a handy booklet with restaurant recommendations etc. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and chatty. We ate at the popular pizza restaurant located right outside the B & B, which was very good.
− The shower floor needed a good clean. There was mould in all the corners of the shower and it didn't drain properly. The floor of the shower filled up with water to your ankles while showering, which was gross with the mould. There is no lift in the building so you have to carry cases up long flights of stairs.
