I liked my room but it was very humid on the top floor

− False advertising of the breakfast paid resort fee but the pool was closed. It was humid and I was on the top floor

4.0− Me cobraron unos creditos que cuando hice check in me dijeron que no serian cargados a mi tarjeta. pero resulta que luego me cobraron 23 dolares por noche que son el supuesto credito por parte del hotel. Dben comunicar bien a los clientes que los creditos seran cargados a la tarjet al final.

6.0Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.
− If I had known the hotel was under construction I wouldn't have stayed there. We were looking forward to checking in, eating and having a drink. Everything closed up. I ask for a room close to the elevator because my husband is handicapped. The first room they gave me was 607, that was a hike. Got in the room and there was a fowl smell of afrosheen that was very overpowering. Called down to check in and they put us in room 223. We slept comfortable.
