10.0急遽深夜に着くことになってしまいましたが、到着すると日本語を話せるスタッフの方が快く迎え入れてくださりとても安心しました。部屋は清潔で広く、駅も近くてとても過ごしやすかったです。
Dated hotel near train station
7.0The breakfast was great, and so was the huge terrace in our room. It was close to the train station too. Concierge arranged a taxi to take us to the airport the day before.
− The parquet floor in our room was heavily scratched, and we noticed black hair extensions scattered throughout the space. Both the room and bathroom appeared outdated, and the bathtub was unusually tall and you had to take a big step to get into it. The shower had a partial plexiglass door, which often caused water to spill onto the floor. Lastly, the neighborhood was a bit sketchy.

10.0事前にメールで連絡があり、やり取りが細やかで安心できました。 駅から近く、買い物にも、翌日の電車移動にもとても便利でした。 日本語が流暢なスタッフのダニエルさんがチェックイン時に対応して下さり、「2回目のローマ訪問？お帰りなさい」との言葉にとても癒されました。 部屋は4人用のファミリールームで、とても快適に過ごせました。時差や暑さで、早めに観光を切り上げ、部屋で休みましたが、十分に休養できて安心でした。 朝食も十分な内容で、スタッフさんは笑顔で感じがよかったです。
