− die Möbel und die generelle Zimmerausstattung komplett veraltet. Man sieht überall riesen Gebrauchsspuren und man merkt, dass schon ewig nichts mehr renoviert wurde. Davon waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Außerdem wartet man ewig auf den Lift was sehr nervig war. Die Poolanlage sieht auf den Bildern auch um einiges besser aus als in Echt

4.0L'emplacement et l'amabilité du personnel.
− La chambre et les ascenseurs. La climatisation était très bruyante et dégageait une odeur inquiétante. La moitié des interrupteurs ne fonctionnaient pas, il fallait débrancher les prises pour éteindre les lampes. La douche était très compliquée à utiliser, les joints de la salle de bain étaient en mauvais état. La moquette était tachée à divers endroits. Les rideaux ne s'ouvraient pas complètement car les interrupteurs pour les ouvrir ne fonctionnaient pas. Mais le pire était les ascenseurs qui fonctionnaient très mal, nous devions attendre parfois 30 minutes pour descendre à la réception.

− The lift system do not work sometimes you wait 20 minutes for a lift, one day the lifts did not work at all and we had to walk down with the stairs.
