Hotel de calidad, pero detalles mejorables
8.0Las camas muy cómodas. Limpio.
Poca intimidad.
Guest review
8.0Very well maintained, friendly management
− Very dry. We all got sick from dry throat.
Indifferent service made this stay disappointing compared with our other hotel experiences.
5.0− Reception staff were indifferent and inattentive, chatting with each other during check-in without explaining breakfast or Wi-Fi. The room-number Wi-Fi login did not work, so we had to ask for help. Staff were equally indifferent at check-out. The service fell well below that of other hotels we stayed at.
